Planning & Regeneration Consultancy
Our objective is to provide a town planning and regeneration consultancy service which meets the needs of clients from the private, public and voluntary sectors. As a result, we enjoy successful long term relationships with many clients, and benefit from a high proportion of our new enquiries coming from personal recommendations. From our base in North London, we work on projects throughout London, the South East and the East of England and beyond.

Our consultancy is responsible for a wide range of planning applications including large scale residential and commercial applications. As I have also worked directly within urban regeneration I am able to bring a blend of planning and regeneration skills to bear on projects.
I am a member of the Advisory Board of Catalyst for Homes CIC which is a not-for-profit organisation involved in the funding and delivery of affordable housing. My role is to advise on planning issues and monitor the performance of planning consultants.
I am also a member of the HCC Hertfordshire Design Review Panel and I have had more than 15 years’ experience within local authority planning departments working on both plan making and development management.
